Is there anyone else that tested this?
Because I tried using my AVDI and couldn't connect to a car that using v139 I was able to do it.
But maybe it was only at me

Hello,

The last "proper" working patch for SDD was V139 otherwise V141 and V142 you "newer" and "better" patch as the older app.war doesn't work no wonder you cannot even detect your genuine AVDI.

For diagnosis use it at your own risk!!!! Be WARNED.

My question was if there is anyone else who used the v142 with patch from first post and have any succes

Im working with avdi too and this is some pic from sessions i made last week
if you want it start download if you dont forget about it and wait for another member to give what you need

this dession for land rover l320 with rfa need to replace no start and two fault codes , was working good but with one key the owner want extra key and the guy in the key market start adding new key wit wrong tool and left the car without any key now , all i found the rfa (keyless module ) was updated with wrong software

If you look his pictures m8 you will see the diference and i mean with the old SDD platform!!!!!!!!!!
This means 'his' patch i bet is from SDD v136 or even older version!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do not bother to use it because you risk to broke your AVDI!!!!!!!!!!!!!

look my friend im here not wasting your time or any one else this is sdd v142 working with this meds you need it you well come , about what version this meds its not important for me cause im working with ,if you don't need it i advice you to pay for account in jlr site i think you will be more satisfy ,you well come with all your notes

Mr. Vag vag has he's professional opinion as allways.
Me I installed the software few times. In this morbing I used it a car using the one day free that you get it.
Then I changed the patch and I tried again. Using your patch I couldn't conbect to the same care using same my AVDI.
Now me I will not saying "Not working"
That's why I'm waiting a secong guy who tes your patch and have the same luck as you
For the one use VCM it is better be warned that xan damage their tool. But for my AVDI is not a problems.
I'm waiting another opinion from others who tested his patch. No matrer for version it is if its working for you or other.
All I know is that older patches are not good with this new release ( from 140 till 142 )
One more think. In one of your pics you mention that it show you other version. I want to let you know that at me it dosen't show any version.
Usin one day free it show 142.01

Yes my friend same problem happen to me but the problem was i installed the full software and tested the meds after its worked completed the other file installation in this point igot some problems to connect the avdi ,after that instaled new freash win and complete software and its working fine tell this moment , but take my advice for avdi with any software to work passthur the new version is not good try the older will work good even with bmw ista d and p , dont know why but i sent many mails to abrites saller but no answer tell yet, good luck ,if you stell have older setup just get file (api.dll) and change it with login in safe mode in win keep the new setup and just change the dll ,
