3.49.xx no Basic features works

3.49.xx no Basic features works
I have installed ISPI Admin Client and 3.47.10 and all works fine.

Yesterday i have updated to 3.49.10 with ISTA_SYS_3.49.10.msi and have copied the squlite files in right folder, but now i cannot chose the basic features.
Then i have updated to 3.49.20 with ISTA_SYS_3.49.20.13946ISTA_SYS_3.49.20.13946.msi but it is the same, basic features does not work.

And in VCI configuration i have only one option in 3.47.10 i have a few ones

Try to install:
vcredist_x86.exe
vs90_piaredist.exe

and set as ISTA_PLUS and ISTA (normal mode)

vcredist & vs90_ piaredist of course installed.

Try to install istapackage. For Ista-d 49.xx file is named ISTA_DAT_00XX_3.49.10.istapackage. Its a zip file. Contains to exe files you can unzip them too. Bickpack and Languagepack. Bickpack contains under databases dir the diagdoc and other (stream and xmlprim). The language contains the de ( stream and xml) or any other additional lang you may need.
Make sure are all from the same version -just to be on the safe side. If you update previous install (other version) make sure that you erase first all sqlite files exept DiaUpdate.sqlite before update. Do that and i am sure all will be fine.

A fellow member said they solved this issue by installing Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5.2 if im not mistaken, so I would suggest you update your Windows..
Also make sure all files are in correct location/folders.

As far as vci config goes, go to your ISTAGUI.exe config file, open with Notepad or similar, and if i remember of the top of my head as i dont have laptop with me at the moment, under Operational Mode there is a line you edit that contains "ISTA"
set that to "ISTA_PLUS" and save and close
