Hello!
Just buy a FDRS license and try to connect to my car, mondeo mk5, but this is show me. One guy from Vietnam install all softs (ids inc.), but never ever get to work. IDS dont ever connect to car, fdrs show me this:
I have UCDS clone, ori and Tatrix. All same
   
Any help...

FDRS Vehicle Coverage
Coverage has been extended with the following additions:
Ford J2534 Diagnostic Software (FJDS) Provides the same functionality and vehicle coverage as IDS for the model years below with J2534 Devices.

All other vehicles are supported by IDS/FJDS

Your Mondeo MK5 isn't covered by FDRS? When you buy things you have to check first if this is good for you.
For Mondeo Mk5 you need IDS and Fords VCM2 or Ford VCM3 or FJDS with a passthru
Maybe you did confusion between FDRS and FJDS.
In conclusion uninstall IDS and install FJDS. Do not uninstall FDRS.

OK, after a lot of try i never ever get FDRS to work... only FJDS... for FDRS he say my car is too old, but that not true because I was success connect my mondeo mk5 on another 2-3 fdrs system, including one with ucds adapter.... So there is a problem with installation.. Waste of 100usd... sorry... Be aware of this vietnam guys...

Stop smoking what you smoke OR stop using  same medication, FDRS only works on newer cars 2017 and newer. Vietnam guy is a decent guy adlist form my experience but he probably  got enough of you. Few people told you already  reason FDRS not working on your old Mondeo but you seem to know better.

My shitty old car connected to FDRS with ucds cable (a friend laptop). So is possible or not? What you think now?
The problem is that, I was connected to some random guy and what he install to my laptop is not working!

Well when you have that mesage try like this:
Download again tge latesr FDRS version and install it.
During the installation setup you will see a window with 4 options that need to be tick it. ( usually there are option tick it a d you have to tick the third one too, the last not need to be tick if you do not want FDRS start when the windows start ).
After installtion finish try again.

Just as information I check at a friend yoo and he cannot connect to his account same like me but we do not have your issue. At us simply FDRS cannot connect to our accounts and said something like to contact Ford Hotline.
This issue at least a week or more at me and at my friend.
I installed a previos version just to be sure that it isn't a FDRS bug. And it isn't. I suppose that it is a Ford FDRS server issue.

but this method did not help, I reinstalled the entire system completely. the window for entering your login and password does not appear; offline mode is still offered by entering the user id. Who can tell me what this user id is and where to find it?
