Hi guys

I have an N63 with MSD85.1 and the problem is to bring ecu back to stock. The car has been modified and it looks like someone used same custom files mhd/bm3 or whatever it is called with with different pass then original, WINKFP can't flash to the stock as gives me fault SECURITY_ACCESS_DENIED/REQUESTED. 
With the f series I know how it can be restored to stock if someone uses a custom boodloader with a different authentication key, but the E series is a different league I tried to use the tuning tools HEXPROG/KTAG/KESS/AT, but they didn't go well, as only 3% and error...nothing more can be done.
Autohex gave me the password, but whether that helps anything, I don't think so.

Does anyone have any ideas on how this could be solved? before I get another ecu.

have you tried ISTA/p? this engine computer most likely has tuning protection. ISTA/p should be able to reflash it.
