I think I damaged the ECU because now I don't have diag and fan runs on full speed

Did you checksum before?? Any errors when you write file?? What tool you use?? Did you read on bench or boot??

I used ktag and it wrote ok with no errors but car don't starti can communicate with ECU on bench but not on the car
