Got an interesting problem to try and solve, i have a customer with peugeot boxer 2015 van. it has been converted to a box van and has had a tail lift fitted on it.
as standard it comes with reverse sensors but as it has a lift in the way of where they would normally be fitted in the bumper they didnt bother with them, nor the park assist box. the problem now is that the dash has the warning triangle on and displays the message park assist unavailable. really annoying but less so than constant beep from sensors i suppose! spoken to main dealer and plugged in my own diagbox but there is no option to delete or omit them and they couldnt help

my question then being, can anybody suggest a way i can fool the dash or bsi into thinking they are fitted and effectively turn them off?

if i fitted a vehicle specific tow wiring kit then apparently this can turn them off for when reversing with a trailer or caravan. about £170. not sure how vehicle knows if i have a trailer on though mind? i also though about the camper van conversions done with this van and wander if they have this issue?

i have various different eeprom and mcu readers and programmers if anyone knows how to flash a bsi unit? or if i can extract a dump file i dont mind paying someone to alter it for me

I looking for change configuration body,I change DRL to LED lamp, I have error on dashboard. All fiat bodys can't be reprogrammed..
I have configuration files from several Ducato 2014. but I can not find how to change the dump.
