Hi mates. I have recently physically removed DPF (retained catalyst) and done software remap by reputable bmw tuning company (DPF&EGR off and Stage 1+). Everything is perfect, car goes crazy, fuel consumption is lower…
But in DDE I have constantly two errors associated with DPF back pressure sensor (4D00 and 4D03). What can be problem?
I don’t have my ori and tune files
Any help will be welcome

Finally, I have got my original and tune files
Error 4D00 and 4D03 are still exist, but car goes nicely (almost 10000 km after tune and dpf delete)
Also if you can rate my tune file in general

maybe the catalyst is clogged ... remove the catalyst and do the tests

Just one more question. Does the differential sensor still work even with a tune? When engine is off it reads 0 mbar. When I start car, it shows some fix value 1456 mbar.

do you have the plugs of all electronics from the EGR and DPF disconnected?

All plugs are connected. With egr I don’t have any errors, it is always closed (0%).

Ok, I will disconnect the plugs later and inform. In any case I will visit tuner as soon as I come back home from vacation

When I disconnected plug from DPF sensor, error 4D03 disappeared, but 4D00 stayed. Also there are no any changes in pressure value. When I disconnect plug from other exhaust sensor before DPF, the new error comes.
