Incoming call sound problem
Hi at all, anyone have a problem with incoming call sound? When i connect bluethoot and anyone call me no sound coming from audio system. On display i see caller name but nothing sound come from headunit. I tre to reset the unit and try with another pone. Android pone.

What sound system you car has? You sure ALL your speakers are working? I diagnosed once a G30 which had BowerWilkins sound system but like 6 speakers were dead. So no PDC, no phone (because sound from these is routed to specific speakers only), but music played surprisingly well on remaining good ones.
P.S. You can test speakers using ISTA. |

Yes I tested with ista all work. Only incoming call ringtone sound doesn t work. I tried to set incoming call ringtone from pone but nothing work

Try raising volume with volume button when incoming call appears on your display.

Is Android Auto in your apps menu?
And what does your dealer say? This should be under warranty. If someone took the time to help you, the least you can do is take a few seconds and press two buttons!

Maybe, the ringtone is not send from mobile to car, so the car has nothing to play.
On older cars, BMW decided to use their own ringtone instead of the one from the used mobile. Avoid your problem. |
