are file was read and write in boot mode? because for me obd read and write immo off doesnt work

you test dde4 quick flash? read obd full flash turn off imo and write?
after immo off you need unplug ews ecu and 2 fat wires connect

you need to write flash with bootmode 
you need to shunt starter 
my solution is ok she work on lot of ECU
