BLP will be updated when updating SQlites, because it's in sqlite's xml file.

No, it’s the BMW_ISPI_ISTA_DELTA-SDP_4.44.20.xml file.
It needs fixed to include detail to update BLP file, at the bottom of the XML file.
Don’t know target size though.

Try the console to update the data files instead of the launcher GUI. I was getting md5 errors with the last update using launcher and the only way o could make it work and complete the update was via console. I manually verified the md5 and they matched but the launcher was just not having it for some reason.

Same issue when using BMW ISPI ISTA Launcher 1.43.2.1515. The "BMW_ISPI_ISTA-META_SDP_4.44.20.xml" file posted by shawnsheridan doesn't contain the BLP information so BMW ISPI ISTA Launcher 1.43.2.1515 won't install SDP and BLP. However, the xml file without BLP information has the correct MD5 as verified by ISPI Admin Client. So modifying the xml file in any form will invalidate it and ISPI Launcher will think it is corrupted.  Not sure if a newer version of ISPI ISTA Launcher will solve this issue.
