The question is: can I do it myself using xentra or vediamo?

I saw somewhere that a telematics CD is needed for navigation, but where can I get it?
As for the gearbox, I don't know anything, I think that, just like in the BMW m3 e90 DKG, Mercedes has improved the software and you can upload the latest one.

With the information you provide, it is not possible to determine the possible updated firmware for the vgs, I also assume that you have never done it, correct? You should do more research before trying it or your next message will be seeking help to resurrect your modules.

Sounds like your is Face lifted W204 C63 !?
If you have Mercedes account of course you can do it all in Xentry.
For transmission can be done offline in Vediamo or DTS if you know file number.
For audio unit (command aps hu etc.) offline is a bit tricky.

Offline in Xentry won't do what you need.

That's why I recommend that you do some documentation before pressing the flash button, in the best case you won't be able to do it, in the worst case you will leave the VGS unusable (although recoverable). Pressing buttons is everyone does it easily.
