OBD11 is no longer for Lifetime from 15/06/21 and 1 year subscription cost 49€ but previous licences purchased before that date remain in Lifetime.

OBD11 now is currently the only one with access to the SFD servers , soon to will be VCDS.

VCTOOL you must buy a separate SFD package.

some people only use OBD11 to unlock the SFD and then use other tools such as ODIS, VCP , VDCS or VCTOOL.

Vctool is software based on Odis E and S, Idex, VCP and some solutions are taken from SRT. The author of this is a Russian who lives in Spain. In short, the author hacked all the above-mentioned programs and packed them into one bag under the name VCTOOL. I wouldn't be surprised at all if he used OBD11 to generate SFD tokens and then sold them using his software.
