I have a F56 Mini B38 with camshafts errors:

164040 intake camshaft installation faulty
164041 exhaust camshaft installation faulty 

I have these errors more than 1000km, the car is running fine but wihtout turbo, it seems like I have to replace the camshafts, but would it be possible to deactivate it via software?

Hello.
You need to remove the engine valve cover and check the timing. You may need to replace the drive chains.
Is the engine oil level normal?
Also, be sure to check the operation of the electromagnetic oil valve (11 41 7 639 993) it is located in the engine block.

Engine oil is totally fine. I can´t check the timing myself, but maybe I will ask a shop. Also the car runs very good, idle is very smooth, if the errors didn´t appear and the turbo wouldn´t cut, you wouldn´t be thinking it has something like that

in my case i had a non starter after clutch replacement, the crank sensor marker somehow got knocked out of line, throwing cam sensor faults, but your car is starting so i doubt thats your problem

Sounds like plug of vanos valve are change between each other
Disconnect one plug and check what dtc will come

Which plug exactly would you remove? I only know vanos valves from N engines like n54, n43 etc. One of these?

   

I haven´t checked this vavle 11417639993, like Beard recommended.

Also another thign I noticed, vanos exhaust (vanos auslass) doesn´t emit any values, always stays at 0

And yes, the car starts very good, not even rough or whatever..
