DME MEVD17.2.2 replaced due to water ingress,
can anyone help with cooper dme fsc code for power restriction?

i dont think that this car have fsc
need to reset working hours and code program dme with corect sw

Its about power class and working hours
What you posted can be used in various engine power class

Did you program the correct ZB-br using ISTA/p? If it contains JCW software it requires an FSC, but.your VIN is Cooper S so if the correct ZB-nr is programmed it will work without FSC.
