story is,car came in for a retune through obd port connection
crashed after 1% ,car will not start
removed ecu from car and it was bloody hot like really hot
reflash files on through ktag
car still not start
no comms through vcds of ecu
my spare med9.1 reads fine on the car
what could of went so wrong car no longer starts
ecu reads  fine on bench mode and dbm 
when connected to car it no longer communicates with any tool

these files eprom and flash are from med9x no crypt
and the 3rd file internal flash is from a med9x crypted

so you have mixed files and thats why the car wont start

What third file do you mean intlflash ???
file_EEprom kag read after obd flash crash
file_IntFl ktag read after obd flash crash
file_ExtFl obd read first read from car through obd took 25mins to read
which file is encrypted
how can i sort this

With the files that you have there, nothing can be done here (in my opinion)

Med9.x crypted, have 2 or 3 files that form a crypted container file.
You cannot mix files from another ecu because the encryption will change across the container and the output will be wrong.

You need to read all three files in this case with ktag.. and if the files or any chips are damaged then the container is lost and so is your immo data.

I have now read the thread you posted on another forum, i see the ecu was so hot you could not hold it. And i see its been read by many tools and had many files written to it.
This car is a passat r36 not a cheap ecu to find, but you are going to need one same hw and sw numbers. Then it will need to be learned to the car, or made immo off if that is possible.

Hi only tools that read this ecu are kt200 and ktag when it crashed so only 2 tools,also extflash has been written to not intlflash or eeprom they are untouched,my post on other forum intro is the same as here no different,I just need help to repair...
