Hello and greetings to all members,
Today, a friend of mine brought in his C4 DoIP, which unexpectedly stopped working. It appears that the unit has lost its configuration and is currently in a "frozen" state, as evident from the attached photos of the LED screen.
In the past, with older C4 models facing a similar issue, I used to resolve it by inserting six batteries and performing a software update. However, with this newer C4, there has been a change in the board design, and there is no longer a battery connection to the board (as depicted in the attached photos).Upon attempting a software update through the Administration, the system only returns an ERROR 622. 
Has anyone encountered a similar issue with the newer C4 models, and if so, do you have any insights or solutions to
share?  
Also, I’ve noticed a loose wire hanging from I think WiFi antenna. I don’t know where on the board is connection point. Your collective knowledge would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, thanks for your response. This laptop has Xentry 30.8.2.1_2  from 12.2021.
I am wondering what trick can be done to solve the Error 662 ? Editing toolkit.ini did not do the job. Thanks

Hi, I've managed to update firmaware on that SDconnect Plus thanks to Mr.Ah.E1Deeb who gave me instruction how to fix the problem. So , mega thanks to him.
However, this SDconnect Plus has another problem. There is no WiFi connection. I discovered loos wire hanging from WiFi antena (I think). (please see the photo). I think this wire needs to soldered into the borad, but I have no idea where to ?  Can someone adevice on that matter, please. Thanks

Thanks for your image. I am going to solder the wire tomorrow and will let you know.

Added later: ... many thanks to Mr.DABU for his info. I soldered the loos wire to WiFi module as above. All works now.
