Could I ask why this happened. 1:1 clone should work. Is this due to OTP programing zone... Could you clarifyfor me I'm just trying to learn about how it works this kind of ecu's.

You are right, cloning is 1:1 copy. You should have no issues. I have cloned so many BMW DME's, I have no idea what you did to end up with issues.
