Mercedes Viano W639 crank no start
Hello mates! The van above drivi g me crazy. I tried almost everything and it still not start. The problem is that not fuel pressure in the rail. High pressure pump not making pressure. In tank low pressure pump is working well. I change two high pressure pumps, Y94 valve(quantity control valve), pressure sensor, Y74 valve. All 4 injectors tested on the bench and they are fine. Also virgin ECU and adapt with Star. Still no pressure to rail. There is pressure to HPP, but when cranking fuel pressure that outcome from HPP is too small. Fuel filter is bypassed for test. Any suggestions please!

RE: Mercedes Viano W639 crank no start
is there non high pressure made by high pressure pump or does it go away because maybe a injector is broken and it fills up the engine... check it like this
remove all pipes from rail and put in a small screw and put them all together and measure again |

RE: Mercedes Viano W639 crank no start
Thanks for the tip, josef1708. I already checked all injectors for leak and they are just fine, but i will try what you suggested. The problem is that high pressure fuel pump not make pressure even with disconnected main fuel line from rail to HPP.
