That status means that ICOMs firmware version is too old/new compared to ICOM firmware package installed on you computer (or the one ISTA expects). So clearly VCX reports some different emulated firmware version... Do you have any ICOM firmware packages installed on your computer? Have you updated your VCX firmware to latest?
