Why you blame "all MIBs masters"?
Some people know fix units and all of them know their own methods.
If you know somebody can fix it remotely, you shouldn't get angry with someone who doesn't know.

By the way, if Duke fixed it for you, why you tell everyone you kicked the unit? He deserve his credit, if you don't want to give it to him, just don't say anything.

I fix some units, I'm not a MIB expert, i'm some kind of BMW expert, so, sometimes, I sent VAG units to Duke. I don't know how to fix everything, but i'm proud to tell i'll do my best or I will send the unit to someone who will do the same to repair it.
