Look for GetMissingPackages in the logs. First there should be:
PackageAvailabilityChecker.GetMissingPackages ... Package ... has unresolved dependencies: ... And then could be either one or none (depending on situation) of: GetMissingPackages ... Missing Package in ILean: ... GetMissingPackages ... Missing Package on SharedStorage: ... |

Exactly as I said, you need to keep previous xml at least (don't remember is just xml...)

) I have it but it is in a "safe" folder near to the sharedstorage one used by ista ... Need to change my way of doing updates and never ever to remove files after a successful update from istasharedstorage folder ... thank you! |

Are other language files licensed as well from the official source? Meaning does the backend service require authenticating the licensed user has auth to download other languages?
Also is the source language file human readable and stored in same or similar directory structure or can it be read out by http monitors like Charles Proxy? Can spanish language be downloaded by substituting BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_en-GB_4.46.13.istapackage for BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_es-ES_4.46.13.istapackage Thanks |
