Range Rover Sport L320 - virgin cluster?
Hello there,
My friend have a problem with his Range Rover Sport L320 3.6 V8 diesel. After some time of using it it started to have a problem with cluster (known issue). He gave cluster for resoldering but this helped for short time. After two months it became even worse - now car don't start and cluster don't light up. He bought second cluster and guy that done resoldering have transfered eeprom from old cluster to new one but AFAIK there is now some issue with immo. I'm not really familiar with these cars that's why I'm asking here for your help: 1. I don't think immo is in eeprom - am I right? 2. Is there any way to make 2nd hand cluster virgin and marry it to a car? I think this would be best option in this case. 3. Whats the best way to test this cluster on table? Is there any way? Car is not yet at my place thats why I dont post any files but I'm trying to do some research before they drop it here. I appreciate any help from you guys Regards |
