I have original icom and I get a sign that icom is connected to a direct network, it is possible that you have connection problems, and it starts reading and it tells me that it is not connected, it tries to read the car again and in the end it tells me It connects but it is super slow, is there a way to remove that connection preference notice?

I do have the BMW Standard Tools installed,



Locations i have extra EDIABAS.INI file, but not in the mentioned C:\ec-apps\ediabas\bin\ path.



And places where i find api32.dll file,





So, not found in windows system/system32 path.

I haven't yet connected 4.46.x to the car.  Will do that tomorrow, with both enet and genuine icom next A.

Please post here only if have really problem with slow ISTA.

If possible i need value of path variable ediabas_config_dir, in cmd type "set ediabas" and the same with "set path".

Ok, after research with several users i can say that only one option for those who have problems with slow ISTA exist, you have to copy all files from "C:\Program Files (x86)\BMW\ISPI\TRIC\ISTA\Ediabas\BIN" to "C:\ec-apps\ediabas\bin" or "C:\ediabas\bin" depend on your installation. After that, INPA should also work, you may have to adjust the ediabas.ini a little, e.g. enter the IP of the car directly instead of autodetect(only if don't work).

Check if file readonly, or need adminrights. Change it simply.

Thanks, I just noticed the EDIABAS paths in the EDIABAS.INI is set to C:\EC-APPS\EDIABAS\BIN, do these lines need to be edited if your EDIABAS folder sits in C:\ (Default location when installing Standard Tools)
