MED17.7.5 (W222 AMG) Engine controller Diagnostic on Bench
Hi,
is it somehow possible to read out the fault codes and freeze frames of the MED17.7.5 engine controller on the bench. I have just this controller here and need to read the error codes. yes it is possible read those on bench,
however you will see other faults once it is powered up, because it fail to connect to those sensors ESP TCU etc. |

I‘ve tried the pinout for tuning, but my launch x431 didn‘t recognize the ecu.

No, it's a different ECU. It's MED17.7.5 which has 91 and 105 Pins.

91 pin conector pin 6 end 50 +12 pin 1-GND pin 62 Can H pin 63 Can L between Can L end Can H you need to put a resistance of 120 ohms BR EDDY immo daten transfer
