Hello everyone,

maby someone can help me, i have a BMW E63 from 09.2005 with Normal Cruise Controll 540.

i Retrofit it to 544 Cruise Controll with braking function.

what i change was:
DSC ( EHB ) from LCI with repin the Wires and Braking Fluid change.
LCI Cluster from E60 LCI with CC (.C07 Coding Index) ( Green/Orange Pointer LED)
( can not find one at the moment from E63 LCI ) ( Vin change and virgin km)
SZL from LCI ( i think i dont realy need it from LCI )

coded 544 with #0908 ZK.

So my Problem is the CC with braking function works realy good, but when i activate the CC in BC no Message and the CC Pointer / Indicator dont work. It Shows me nothing, but CC with brake function work.

The whole retrofit i made is because i had a E90 ( 03.2005 with LDM and 544)

Maby someone can point me in the right direction. Thank You

You cant retrofit 544 to prelci, there have to be 540 without brake option. dsc unit is different and there are not pressure sensors.

edit, you already have change parts, check pressure sensors.
