Hi mates

illl have a problem with a W204 from 2007.
Customer lost all keys, as always password calculation on bench and maked key. installed back to car, Dash show "Einlernen..." means something like teach-in...
After 10minutes waiting still "Einlernen..." so ill tried every free key position, and still the same.  Ill recognized that an ESL Emulator is installed, so i decided to renew the emulator with a VVDI-mini... And again "Einlernen..." when inserting new Key...
KeyPosition 1,2 and 8 was already used before i got my hands on it.
I know it makes no sense but ill wrote the used keys (1,2,8) again to new BE Key, and Key2 started the Car (!???!!!??!)

Told the customer to bring me the car he doesnt need the car for 1 or 2 days, and today the customer brings the Car to me

Have erased/renewd the Lock, and now none of  the keys are working.
So i started to renew the ECU and ESL Emulator, now the Ignition goes on with every key but the car doesnt crank. Ill have adapted Drive authorization with VVDI Plus Pad, and on a second try with Otofix IM1 (same as AutelIM508)
The Tools show that all is ok, but the car doesnt crank/starts now. No DTCs the only thing i can see in live values is that ECU didn not give signal to crank.

Maybe its possible to immo off ecu? (SIM271KE2.0) or maybe someone can help me by remote or something, really need help!

When you wrote new key did you reread and activate it ?
What key brands you are using ?
Exist in market plenty of bad keys
I have cgmb never had a problem

If you have Xentry go to the ECU and check on Actual values . There must be YES for start enable at Drive authorization .

dont know how but the car is startin now, with more than one key

Renewd all parts several times, at the end ill have changed the ssid (nothing else) and rewrote EIS and ESL Emulator, maked 2 keys and wrote Personalisation and Activation by VVDI Plus Pad to ECU
