Hi, guys

I have sourced good Revision C: interfaces from you know where which i am distrubuting to customers due to not a lot of competition offering good interfaces. I have fully tested them and I do have customers which are working and Pug/Citroen workshops and they claim that they work 100 % regardless if reading fault codes / parameter measurements, coding and work with even problematic for some lexia models like 307 for example.

However in 2 weeks I have 2 broken Lexia interfaces now with exactly the same symptoms.

1) connect lexia interfase to usb and green light goes on, in 15 sec it disappears, no connection to interface when tried working with software but it is recognised in device manager and interface checker also works.

2) I manage with the interface checker to revert it to firmware 4.2.2 and when clicking download for the 2nd time, green light goes on the interface and works flawless whatever you use it on (Of course DBox automatically updates it to 4.3.2

3) when disconnected and connected again it goes back to step 1

I cant offer this hassle to anyone , it is simply too much, is there anyone familiar with the problem and might have a possible solution ?

Check the serial no.

99% you have bad quality RAM chip.

On the first broken one I had I replaced the ram chip and it went okay, on the second one, same problem, same properties of the problem and this did not fix it, I did not try replacing the other two components though.
