Wouldn't a little more information be good if the tuning is bad? So concrete information about what's bad about the file or what you would do differently.

Driver wish maps missing, tq map in first codeblock is bad in second was stock, egt maps stock, some single limiters stock, some rail maps and limiters stock, Injection duration map stock enought or want more inforamtion ?

Correct manual solution, you must disconnect EGT sensors 2 and 3 along with Differential Pressure sensor otherwise it will trigget Software Incompatibility Error...
