I've tried to update the firmware from B to C with the file i've been doawnloading from WP74, but it makes no difference in working, i can't access the C CAN bus. When I use the PSA Interface checker, the serial has been changed from xxxx B to xxxx C. So I was hoping...
Is there somebody who has already found a working solution?

Hey there, i've been out of duty for a while, at this moment I'd like to continue to try the Lexia Interface.

The resistor (12 on pic 3) isn't placed.

Just buy a standard 10K Ohms 1/4 watt resistor and solder it between the two terminals, similar to the form shown in the snapshot*.

* The snapshot is a random photo taken from the internet for demonstration purpose and not related to the XS Evolution VCI.

that a lot of components are changed to become "an original" .

I 've noticed that I have simular pcb's as shown in the first picture

Is this needed do have the Lexia VCI working with Diagbox 7.76 ???

I can see that your board has a lot of missing parts. Most people who performed the upgrade concluded that it was not worth the trouble and it would have been cheaper and less troublesome to buy a new Full Chip VCI.

However, the decision is yours.

I was thinking that there are more parts missing for a good working tool.

They have sold me some piece of garbage for the price of a good VCI . First thing I'm gonna do is taking the seller away from Ebay forever.

Does anyone has an idea where I can do a good buy at this time?

Your choice is either risk buying another or buy the parts needed to make this full
i had the same unit and went for the buy the parts option that way i know its got good parts in it now.
