e90 with comfort access
remotes with changeable battery

Have two remotes non of them working
have no faults only in frm - (terminal 30a for lights module bad)

Followed inpa guide checked signal from antena module when presing key button receiving square signal, checked wiring also all ok, inpa told to change ant module but no luck still not working.

problem that cas module had km reset could that be a problem?

Are the remotes worked before CAS km reset?
You should use ISTA for diagnostics and follow the Test plan.

No one knows if romotes worked. 
Ista plan dont help
Is there a way to check in real data to see of cas reciving remote signal?

Remote keys not working, and comfort also, but from inside panel lock unlock button working

Maybe they "upgraded" to the wrong software version. What does ISTA/P show? Could be worth a shot to flash it anyway.

Hello, first think to do is to unplug CA module and see if work, second car have ORI key or CHINA key ?
After that you can try with vvdi key tool or vvdi 2 to repair keyless key ( is a function there ) and check if work

had such a ZV problem recently

programming the FRM (i programmed the whole care to newest I-Step tho), solved it for me

im pretty sure there even is a official TA from BMW on this for e89 series to flash FRM to solve this.
