Need help in programming DME in F30
Hi.
I have to change engine in my F30 335Xi. I bought new engine from disassembled car but there are some differences. The new enging have different wiring, threre is additional wire to turbo. Due to this different wiring I cannot use my old DME. I have to use the DME from this new engine. Is it possible, and how to do?: 1. change VIN in DME 2. communicates this DME with FEM, is there some synchronisation needed ? Is changing VIN in DME will be enough to start the engine ? |
