Hi, try to unlock siemens prc 2.1 to kess clone, conecte like kess show, read eeprom, then unlock, but then conect to the car and kess says its locked, need to do something more? I do
1)read eeprom
2)unlock,in this step kess says everything its ok, but when conect to obd says locked, any idea?

Last solution is to remove eeprom from board and read it in programmer and unlock it manualy or if you have KTAG or Fox or KT200...

You have forget 1 step.. Write eeprom 
Connect kess 
1 read eeprom and save
2 unlock eeprom 
3 write eeprom

Probably the ecu was unlocked before and you locked it again

Or you just didnt write eprom after unlock

open ecu, de sold and read SPI, unlock, write and re sold, close ecu.
