What is the best software(s) that can change mileage via dump file?

For free you have Nyo4, tahopro, cartool 3.0, alot of upa scripts etc.
Also you stil need expensive programmers for secured mcu ...

There is tachosoft, but i think the best is etsmartusb

the newest is nyo4 2014 but its hard to get
or you can upload your dump file here, people have better tools they can do it for you
