That's the latest navigation unit, and there is no FSC generator yet.
btw NBT is not DB, but DE.

Actually,

1B - CIC/CIC-Mid/CHAMP2 (Premium, Motion, Move systems)
DE - NBT (Next system)
DF - EntryNav (Route system)
A0 - NBTEvo aka NBT2 (Evo system) for F-series chassis

NBTEvo/EntryNav2 on the G-series is moving to a completely new FSC system called FSC_light. BMW is specifically engineering this system to increase encryption/security and make it a lot more difficult to generate FSC codes for (their documentation specifically calls out FSC code vendors and generators as a motivating factor).

Based on the documentation I've gathered around it, map activation codes will no longer be based on the navigation activation FSC (like the E and F series) which was the weak point in the current system.

FSC_light will also remove the short FSC codes and now be a file based FSC code that must be loaded unto the USB stick along with the maps.

They are also increasing the key bit length from 20 bit to 128 bit.

Speaking of NBT-Evo in F-Series: is there any way to use the old NBT monitor with new EVO unit in F10 for example?
I know new monitor is on APIX2, but there are a few coding parameters in the Evo about APIX1/APIX2, so if module can "switch" to APIX1 video...
Any thoughts guys?

I also have NBT Evo HU and unfortunately old NBT monitor (L7 CID) which I can't get working with NBT Evo HU. I've tried FDL coding it to Apix1, but still no success.

FSC for NBT Evo would be an additional story.
