have reloaded v25 can anyone help with the key for the following, and post an idiots guide on how to upgrade to a newer version?

If I have offended anyone by constantly asking for a key code I appologise most profusely, I have had constant problems with my computer trying to install this software and get frustrated because I cannot complete the job I am trying to do. Because of the delay in accessing the correct software. I have left my registration document open to prevent any further problems, can anyone please help with a key code.
