Is swfl271a not a hdd/cd drive error? I checked other posts and others points a problem on cd drive but no solution.

You can рдятition the hard drive once using SSH access. The hard drive structure might be corrupted.

try to remove 6AE from VO, recalculate and also try disable http transmission and skip IBA for now.
have similar issue last week. at final, i was not able to flash IBA, but than find out hdd was also corrupted, so put there one cloned and now good.
