Not quite sure what you mean.
If i read the original FA from the ZGW ans select the Correct I-Step shipment, which is F010-09-504 i will get the Error for FRM, so i edit FRM and set RequestSVKResponse true and i dont get the error, but then i calculate TAL i get the following error.
Warning 1680 no application data list availible for ECUis: PIA_Master_0x63, (Exception: error while switching to extended diagnostic session),
Warning 1680 no application data list availible for ECUis: HU_CICMID_0x63, (Exception: error while switching to extended diagnostic session), (C382)
The first one goes away if i remove CIC from the SVT_ist, the second error i'm not sure of, this is if i read (VCM) i can also go into flashing and flash the ZGW but nothing happens after i flashed and i also get a lot of errors,
If i choose to read only ECU i i get the error with the "Teil mit der Sachnummer 9385182"
And i'm not sure how to get rid of that error since i'm missing the FRM under the editing of the SVT_ist file.

You STILL do NOT use your BRAIN app. How the f**k ESys is supposed to show you that it's ZGW2 when it's NOT??? ESys determines unit type by HWEL. HWEL will NOT change during flashing. So ESys PROPERLY determines that your unit is ZGW. It just RUNS the ZGW2 firmware!!!
Moreover the sign that CIC does no longer work is a VERY GOOD sign that you indeed flashed ZGW2 software!!!
You just flashed ZGW2 firmware WITHOUT MOST support. And I'm sure of that because target HWEL in you SMALL picture is 10FC. CIC requires MOST so it NATURALLY does NOT work without it.
P.S. Regarding FRM I ALREADY told you that some chasses NEED PROPER FRM. If you mangle your FA, proper required FRM will change.

Hmm, well why is the HWEL saying 0000926_000_193_001 then i read the ECU under SVT Actual, then it should be 10FC if it's ZGW2?
But if i put the ZGW 8SK into the bench setup it says HWEL_000010FC_000_194_000 and it also shows the connected ZBE and NBT if i read the ECU in the SVT Actual

Finally, i flashed my ZGW-02 mid to ZGW2
Followed the video on YT from the Russian Dude, what i did wrong was to try and change the HWEL aswell as the BTLD and SWFL.
Once i let the HWEL alone, everything went ok, but i still cant see the ZBE under the SVT three, what could be the problem here?
And is it flashed for 4SK or 8SK now?

Fixed it, after updating VCM
esys options Marked "update vsm and update msm"
Activated fa and Coded NBT Read ecu and and i can see zbe now.

He write flashed ZGW-02 mid to ZGW2 but HWEL 10FC is 8SK ZGW2 hardware???

not quite sure what is strange here, as 8sk is called ZGW-02 8sk, the only ZGW1 is the metallic one i guess and both high and Mid02 is ZGW2 aswell but can have ZGW1 software with Most to work with CIC, not sure if it's like that but it kinda makes sense.

And yet it is flashed with 8SK, i read somewhere around that it could be the same cpu inside both Mid and High, but it doesnt matter anyway, since i already have another ZGW02-8sk
Only thing i need to fix now is to update both NBT's i have laying here, one HW07 and one HW31 version, and aswell as the ZBE3 and the ZGW's
