If you would just spend a minute or two to hear a sound and/or look into graphs you would see that it's ok.

check hpfp waveform using scope as described in ISTA to rule out the pump

RE: Engine hard to start when is hot - davito1 - 28-02-2022

do a test, trick the control unit and tell it that the engine is cold to see if it starts well.
put the sensor outside with ice or put resistance in the sensor and tell us how it works

Hi Bud

There is no any abl for high pressure pump test
only found this tests
pictures attached
thanks for help

Hi the question is which sensor
I done previously and disconnected coolant sensor but dde shows correct engine temp
Maybe oil temp sensor is responsible for showing engine temp but the acces is not easy like coolant sensor
but I dont think so this will work as if the engine is cold dde increase amount of fuel rail pressure and car starts fine

through the temperature sensor tell him that the engine is at 2 degrees of temperature for example and we rule out that the problem is something mechanical
the oil sensor does not imply anything. Disconnecting the sensor does not have to mark any temperature and if you disconnect it you have to get an error code

RE: Engine hard to start when is hot - tintoverano - 03-03-2022

have you tested the wiring to starter? is there a voltage drop?

also the fuel pump relay co cause such symptoms, when it starts aging

Didn’t tested wiring as it’s only happening when is hot
Have to find where is fuel pump relay so will check

Recently changed high pressure pump quantity valve
Seems to be better but it’s still not as supposed to be
Tomorrow will change crank sensor
Thanks for suggestions

Found integrated supply control unit which is relay for injectors
Tomorrow will change it

crankshaft sensor replaced and fuel quantity valve
still same problem
no idea

RE: Engine hard to start when is hot - Node - 04-03-2022

Do you have access to another car with the same engine to look at injection quantity when starting?

Have you looked at the live data of other sensors? Maybe some temperature reading is through the roof?

I Dont have acces to same car
I checked all sensors, done all adaptations what is possible but all is perfect
every sensor reading correctly when it testing
