In my experience empty error window appears when hardware compatibility test fails. Details are written to the log file in Logs folder. Are you using beemerboy88's version with hardware tests removed?

I am using the version attached here,installed and when I open get this error!!!

What is your notebook lan IP address ? Run cmd and look to an >ipconfig command output. Does network mask match your ICOM IP adress and mask ? I would start there...

I see icom in network but not in ista-d, with ista-p it works too smile

Two versions were attached here. One with hardware check and another with the check removed. I guess you use the first one. Either get another one or look at the log to see what exactly is wrong (for me it was the size of disk which I had at 149Gb and the minimum required was 150Gb doh

itool radar see icom too how i wrote...

If you have set a specific IP or use non-default subnet in your ICOM, then go to ISTA-D settings, then VCI-Config and add additional search broadcast address. For example I set my ICOM to 192.168.9.22, subnet mask 255.255.255.0, so I add ,192.168.9.255 there and then it works.

When you get the error window, click on the X button and not OK button. It will continue to work

Do someone have a regfix for 3.1.6.0 admin client ?. If i try to open this version with my admin client nothing happens.
