No solution yet, hardware is better than required, i7 -8gb, ssd, enough space, high resolution...
I have rheingold standalone as backup on my laptop but not started. After a reboot same problem, no service is started.

A "hidden" requirement is that at least each processor must be 1466Mhz ..
What meets your i7¿?
That is, if you have an i7 with 4 processors at 1.200MHz, are not enough, need each processor is at least 1.466Mhz ..

Mate, every previours version from ISTA/D and !ISTA/P! runs perfect!
I have written that i have a ssd in my laptop with supported 8gb ram, which laptop has SATA 3 6b/s (with SATA1/2 a ssd is senseless) and a CPU from 2010? Show me this laptop please.

It has nothing to do earlier versions with the new requirements for the new ISTA release, ISTA-4. Previous versions of ISTA had a requirements and the new ISTA 4 have other, larger ones.
It's that easy.

The new requirements are not checked during the installation phase (using .msi file), not at least for now to ISTA-D. Now they are only informative, but not blocking.
In the new release ISTA-4, is possible that be requirements installer file .msi, is not yet known,
