Yes, I have received 2 emails from Tokenmaster. The first one concerned the extension of the account and the other one the problem with the new Launcher. The 5.0.2 version came out last night and everything works as it should.

I received a reply pretty instant after contacting him. He replied to all my questions and solved the bugs with 5.0.2. He even replied to my problem with a link to the new version.
I was using his solution for a very long time until my new laptop end of last year and can't say anything bad.

If i click on Update and try to download from link application just turns off.
