Cause I didn't find any INPA version, so far, which is running on Win8.1...

Almost every version of inpa can run on win 8.1 x86 and x64

Install BMW Standard Tools or at least EDIABAS if not already installed.
Configure or use provided Ediabas.INI for connection interface
Run setup (setup Dr.Gini B020 EN.exe)

Funnily I can't find them in tool32 now either.
Just empty boxes.

no sorry, not finished yet. I wasted a lot of time lately to reinstall a new computer (the old one died)
Once the FSC functions are fully implemented, I will release a new BASIC version
