Choose correct FRM in your case and then c_fg_lesen for FRM and CAS.
To change vin : C_fg_shreiben and C_fg_auftrag but you can not change vin in CAS

thanks, I think I got it fixed but will check again today, I used winfkp to update FRM with my vin then ran ista/p and it didn't gave me the vin error just the I-level error.

Are you familiar with winfkp and doing updates on the modules, if so after updating certain modules like for example klima, does running ncsexpert and executing "SG-CODIEREN" to set to factory settings does this means re-encoding/calibrating? I wasn't sure if I was doing it correctly but after updating Klima my ac stopped working then doing "SG-CODIEREN" fixed it.
