Besides J-Link and J-tag
Olimex ATM-USB-OCD and some universal programmer (or china clone universal programmer ) can do the job too.
I personally use programmer orange5 and do it without removing AT88SC.
by the way can somebody tell what is the difference (if any) between on-line ver.8.21 and this off-line ver.8.21 (ver. firmware 491KW) ?

And just to add the at88c don't need removing
I have never removed mine and flashed it many times over

In this version i only see alfa147 n/d all other option is open .
Could you tell which car need online server and what function?
As i can see you use ver 9.74?can you tell something about that ver.?

As i can see this ver is very unstable (lose connection with programmer device very often)

my second question is :what is the difference between those versions 150428CAR00491KW.lib & 150428CAR00542UA.lib ??

Do not use an unstable version 9.74 used version 8.21 for proper functionality
