What I understand i need to retool my carprog to use your provided framework 8.21 online. one thing unable to understand to use 24cXX i still need to change 4pcs 74hc125 whit 74hct125M smd in carprog.

change the 74hc's to m versions yes
but not garenteed to read/write 24cxx
