I have already written about it somewhere, the interface has to be reworked, but not with these IC circuits, which are often mentioned in forums. The HC125D, or M are not the appropriate replacement.
Of course, the firmware must also be appropriate. There are several versions in the forums, but none is fully operational. It's also a misconception that they can really work online. Mostly these are versions with off line function.

Hi again, so I could not read eprom 24c04 with carprog !!! My version of carprog is 7.28 shown in the pictures
please help !!!

Your version will be 4.01 not 7.28
all the info you need to sort this is already been told time and time again on this forum and others
