Please, some solution to improve Carprog. Reads eeprom 24Cxx, 93, ... I bought in aliexpress. I would like the 8.21 version and reworked. I'm v10.05

Whatever eprom it is you're trying to read, it needs to be properly removed from the board. You have it right across the soldering pads and shorting the pins. No surprise you cant read it. And when you look at what is written on the eprom chip does carprog of supported chips list the one you want to read? Is it supported?

M8 that soldering is horrific you can't have it like that remove chip use some flux and resolder pads so none are joined then solder chip back on
And also that's not standard size eeprom so that's why eeprom clip don't fit
Take a bigger full picture of board so I can see what other chips there are
