Can anyone identify this eeprom I would like to read in digiprog, if not does anyone have experience with 02 Chevy Monte Carlo.

That is not an eeprom, that car has 9s12 processor.

Should look like this. Use mcu 9212 4k programming in eeprom on digi. But most likely it will read file but not write. Haven't found a digi that will. Carprog clone will do it
