There is a most circuit. But it's only Ethernet connection to gateway and between modules. No must direct access port

Is it possible to program the MOST units with Ethernet connection
and ISTA-P.

ethernet its only one option to program the car

Yes , as mentioned above me:
So programming F series is only done with Ethernet. Its by ethernet to the gateway module, and then it gets "translated" to the other control units on the Most bus internally.
