Holden ECu replacement help - Shevo1980 - 14-09-2026
have a 2012 Holden Commodore and I replaced with same server number 12643248 the engine ECU (E39). The vehicle is now showing Immobilizer Active
Is there anyone who can remotely help me with the ECU security/immobilizer ?

Donor ECU will have a different VIN and PIN stored inside eeprom - this needs to be changed, of course.
You need to know a 4-digit code (PIN) for your own vehicle and for donor ECU to циLoск IMMO protection.
It may be easier to just clone your original ECU to a donor, as access to Holden SPS and PIN database is quite limited to perform the necessary immo циLoск.

Original Ecu no communication cant clone . Any another solution doner ecu programming or immo off

Need a programmer that can read Delco E39 - then you can extract PIN from donor ECU.
Read BCM eeprom and extract vehicle PIN.
Then need to reset K20 ECU (prepare for removal) via SPS programming (or TLC suite - I don't know which one will work with Holden).
After that program K20 ECU with correct calibration files (via SPS/TLC again) - this will also sync stored VIN/PIN with vehicle data.
After that perform "Immo relearn" to sync key transponders with a replacement ECU.
After that your message will be gone and vehicle can be started.
In the end perform setup/configuration for K20 ECU.
